Samsung unveils Chromebook 4 series, starting at just $230

If you like the look of an Apple MacBook Pro but don’t like the cost or using macOS, Samsung has you covered. The company just took the wraps off the Samsung Chromebook 4 and Chromebook 4 Plus, and they both look a lot like the MacBook.

The Chromebook 4 is an 11.6-inch model with an HD display (1,366 x 768). It only weighs 2.6 pounds and starts at just $230.

The Samsung Chromebook 4 Plus is the larger variant with some slightly better specs. It has a 15.6-inch Full HD display (1,920 x 1,080) and weighs 3.75 pounds. It starts at $300.

As with most modern Chromebooks nowadays, both of these new devices come with Google Assistant built right in. You can click on the Assistant icon to initiate a voice command, or you can simply say “Hey Google” and go totally hands-free.
