YouTube is slowly making its premium offerings more accessible around the world. Both YouTube Premium and YouTube Music were made publicly available for everyone in the US and 16 other countries in June 2018. Then earlier this year, Google released the services in India. Now, YouTube Music Premium and YouTube Premium are making their way to seven more Asian countries.

Google recently updated its availability listings over on the YouTube support pages with the following countries:

  • Hong Kong
  • Indonesia
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Singapore
  • Taiwan
  • Thailand

If you are living in one of these seven countries and you have not yet tried either YouTube Premium or YouTube Music Premium, now you finally can. With YouTube Premium, users get an ad-free streaming experience on all videos and the ability to download content for offline viewing.

YouTube Music Premium also offers an ad-free streaming experience compared to its free option. And since Google is slowly replacing Google Play Music with YouTube Music, users in these countries now have the opportunity to fully jump ship before Google officially kills Play Music.
