Anker joined in on the fun and announced its IPX7-certified Anker Soundcore Flare S+, an update to the Soundcore Flare . The Anker Soundcore Flare S+ feature Amazon Alexa integration and maintain its predecessor’s 360-degree sound reproduction. The Anker Soundcore Flare S+ introduces Amazon Alexa to the Soundcore family, and illustrates that Anker listens to user feedback. Lenovo Yoga Chromebook: finally something premium with a bigger screen

Premium Chromebooks seem to be a bit of a trend at IFA 2018 . First we saw the Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 . Now it’s Lenovo’s turn with the new Yoga Chromebook. Dell and Lenovo’s latest Chromebooks have two things in common. First, they are more expensive than your typical Chromebook. Second, they pack bigger displays alongside higher-end specs. The Lenovo Yoga Chromebook has a 15-inch IPS touchscreen display, with resolution options of 1920 x 1080 or 3840 x 2160. Inside you’ll find an 8th-gen Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 64GB storage, and a microSD slot for memory expansion. There’s also a 56 Wh battery, which is estimated to get about 9 to 10 hours of battery life. Compared to many other Chromebooks, this isn’t exactly huge, but it should be more than enough to get the job done. UE UE Boom 3 and UE MegaBoom 3 revealed at IFA 2018. Boom 3 priced at $149 and MegaBoom 3 priced at $199. Both Bluetooth speakers feature a new design and a physical button for playlist control. Smart speakers and digital assistants may be all the rage but sometimes a solid Bluetooth speaker with stellar sound and an attractive design is all you need to get the party started. Ultimate Ears is hoping to provide just that with the UE Boom 3 and MegaBoom 3 — two ‘dumb’ wireless speakers with a new look and a “Magic Button,” unveiled today at IFA 2018  (via The Verge ). Samsung might not wait to sell foldable displays to Oppo and Xiaomi

A new report states that it might not take long for Samsung foldable displays to hit the market for competitors. According to the report, Xiaomi and Oppo are already in talks to get the foldable display technology. Samsung is likely pushing the tech out quickly to build a market — and then make money on every sold device. We know that Samsung is planning to release a foldable smartphone sometime in 2019, known for now as the Samsung Galaxy X . The foldable device has been a hot news topic for over a year now. A new report from Korean site  ETNews (via  SamMobile ) says that Samsung is already planning on selling its foldable display technology to competitors. Oppo and Xiaomi are called out in the report as already in talks with Samsung regarding the displays.
