All Samsung Galaxy S10 phones will ship with pre-applied screen protector

At the official Samsung Members website, a posted notice explains that every iteration of the Samsung Galaxy S10 across the world will ship to consumers with a pre-applied screen protector. This is the first time Samsung has done this with a flagship smartphone. In the notice, Samsung explains that this the decision was made to “increase overall customer experiences with the improved screen durability and full functionality of the Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor on Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus.” Later on in the notice, Samsung encourages consumers and suppliers to only use Samsung-branded screen protectors on the Samsung Galaxy S10 if they plan to replace it now or in the future. Nokia 9 PureView hits Best Buy stores March 3 for $599

HMD Global today said its recently announced 2019 flagship, the Nokia 9 PureView will go on sale in the U.S. starting March 3. The phone will be available at Best Buy (online and in stores), as well as Amazon.com and B&H Photo. The company is offering a compelling reason to buy the device at launch. HMD Global’s retail partners will sell the Nokia 9 PureView for the promotional price of $599 from March 3 through March 10. Starting March 11, the cost will jump to the normal retail price of $699. Samsung is now rolling out Bixby key remapping support to some pre-existing flagship phones, according to Sam Mobile . The website reported earlier today that phones including the Samsung Galaxy S8, S8 Plus, S9, S9 Plus, Note 8, and Note 9 can now customize the maligned button. The functionality is said to have arrived via a Bixby app update. In its settings, you should now be able to visit Advanced features > Bixby key  to assign a Bixby action yourself. Apparently, you can either double or single tap on the Bixby key to launch an app or one of Samsung’s quick commands.
